Jim Ellward Named New Rowmark President & CEO

On December 12, 2018, Duane Jebbett, Rowmark President & CEO announced to the employees of Rowmark his plans for retirement after 20 years with the company.

“I am deeply appreciative of the customers who have honored Rowmark with their business and the countless relationships fostered over the years. I am truly blessed,” Duane stated. “We are thrilled to announce that Jim Ellward will join Rowmark as President & CEO on January 7, 2019. The Board, the Rowmark Management Team and I had the pleasure of being involved in the selection and hiring process. Jim brings a wealth of talent and experience to Rowmark, and will help propel the company to new heights.”

Jim is a Michigan native and attended Michigan State, attaining a BA in Agriculture. For the last 5½ years, Jim has been President of TOPS Products, the office products division of LSC Communications. He brings a strong focus on sales, operations and a customer-first philosophy. “One of the biggest reasons I decided to accept the position with Rowmark was their people and culture,” Jim commented. “The business has been built the right way, and I’m excited to join the team, become a part of the Rowmark Family and grow together.”

Duane will continue to stay on the Rowmark Board of Directors. Windjammer Capital and the Rowmark Team thank Duane for his leadership, the unique company culture he worked to build, and the indelible mark he leaves on all of us.
